New Cooled Science Cameras Now Have a Limited Two Year Warranty
Teledyne FLIR is pleased to announce that our Cooled Camera Limited Warranty has been updated. We now offer a longer limited warranty period of two years for the X-Series, RS-Series, and A-Series Cameras.
This change takes immediate effect and applies to products shipped after October 12th, 2023. For previously shipped cameras, the warranty period is still one year.
Users can find updated warranty documents on each product’s support page found on flir.com/support.
For users interested in warranty periods longer than two years, our aftermarket sales offerings have extended warranty plans that include and exclude camera cooler warranty coverage.
